Honest hospitality and warm service: meeting our guests at eye level. We contribute as personalities and do not slip into servant hotel roles. Trained polite formulas fall flat. Heartfelt service has a lasting effect. We concentrate on the things that are important and on first-class quality. “The shortest distance between two people is a smile!”

We engage in dialog and have no fear of contact. However, we give our guests enough space and peace and quiet for themselves. We do not impose our service. Dealing with each other: quality without frills. Our aim is to make our guests feel at home.
